Learned counsel representing the parties pray for disposal of the present Appeal in terms of the Settlement Deed executed on 05.04.2026.

Learned counsel representing the Respondent submits that the signed copy of the aforesaid Settlement Deed has been filed. Learned counsel also states that in terms of the Settlement Deed, the payment has been made and the cause of continuing the present Appeal does not survive.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 05.04.2026, which shall form part of the decree.
