The parties have amicably settled their disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 04.02.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties are also in the process of taking steps for due implementation of the settlement terms.

Keeping in view the above, the present appeal is disposed of, reserving liberty to the appellant to revive the same in case the need so arises in the future. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
