This application has been filed for withdrawal of the petition, in view of the settlement arrived at, between the parties, dated 19th February 2025, which is on the record of this Court.

In compliance with the settlement, two demand drafts have been handed over by the Judgment Debtor to the Decree Holder, in Court and have been duly received by Counsel for Decree Holder. 3.

In view of the satisfaction of the said settlement terms, the application is allowed.
