The limited prayer in the present petition is as under : "a) Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent and/or Sentence Review Board (SRB) to consider the case of the petitioner and grant Premature Release to the petitioner in FIR No. 122/2010, U/S 302 IPC, P.S. Bawana...." 2.

Learned ASC for State submits that she does not wish to file reply and has no objection if the case of the petitioner is considered by the Sentence Review Board (hereinafter "SRB"). 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned ASC for State, the present petition along with pending application (s), if any, stands disposed of with a direction to the SRB to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law.
