This petition has been filed jointly by the parties, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of a sole arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under an agreement dated 21.04.2017.

The learned arbitrator was appointed pursuant to an order of this Court, dated 03.03.2022, passed in ARB.P. 431/2021.
