% 17.02.2025 CM APPL. 9558/2025 The present application has been filed under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the respondent seeking the release of ₹1,00,000/- along with accrued interest, which was deposited by the appellant pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2021 passed by this Court.

It has been submitted that since RSA No. 242/2019 has been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 09.12.2024, the deposited amount should be released.

In view of the circumstances, let the amount, along with accrued interest, if any, be released to the respondent, subject to verification and as per the applicable rules.
