The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that since the main accused in the FIR was granted bail, he has filed an application seeking bail before the Court of Sessions.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and address arguments before the learned Court of Sessions. 5.

In view of the above, and for the reasons mentioned in CRL.M.A. 24494/2025, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. AMIT MAHAJAN, J AUGUST 20, 2025/"SS"
