The present application has been filed on behalf of the decree holder in light of the order passed on 26.02.2025 in I.A.(L) No.663/2025 in Commercial ARB.P. No.30884/2022 pending before the High Court of Judicature at Bombay.

The aforesaid order came to be passed in light of the earlier order passed by this Court on 23.10.2024 whereby the present proceedings were disposed of with liberty to the decree holder to revive the same, if required, upon conclusion of the aforesaid proceedings pending before the High Court of Bombay.
