The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner for expediting the trial in FIR No.316/2010 dated 25.12.2010, registered at Police Station I.P. Estate, Delhi for offences punishable under Section 420/468/471 IPC 2.

The chargesheet has been filed after 8 years and the trial has begun only in the year 2019.

Taking into account the fact that the FIR has been filed in the year 2010, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial proceedings and conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 4.
