School has already granted provisional admission to the petitioners herein. She further submits that the admission so granted shall be confirmed by the respondent-School and all the benefits under the concerned category shall be extended to the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent-School is bound by the aforesaid statement.

Accordingly, the instant petitions stand disposed of, alongwith pending application as rendered infructuous.
