After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the present, petitioners would be satisfied in case this Court were to direct the respondents to consider the present writ petition as a representation and decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

respondents to treat the present petition as representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order within twelve weeks. 5.

It is, however, made clear that in case the petitioners are aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for them to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
