Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to an inadvertent oversight on his part, the writ petition as filed by the petitioner contains various factual mistakes. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh comprehensive petition. 2.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner.
