This is a joint application filed by the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 for recording compromise between them. The suit accordingly is not pressed so far as defendant nos. 2 to 8 who are said to be supporting the plaintiff. Accordingly, since the application falls within the scope of Order 23 Rule 3 CPC as it is signed by the parties and supported by their affidavits, the suit is disposed of and decreed as per the terms stated in CS(OS) 727/2012

the joint application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC. Decree sheet be prepared in terms of the compromise as stated in the present application. 2.
