This writ petition has been preferred seeking quashing of the summons issued by respondent nos.3 & 6.

On instructions, Mr. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, has placed for our perusal a communication dated 02 August 2024 addressed by the Assistant Director of the Hyderabad Zonal Unit and who has referred to the letter of the petitioner dated 10 January 2024 apprising the said Zonal Unit of the order of adjudication which had been passed and presently forms subject matter of an appeal. It appears that by a subsequent communication of 30 May 2024, the petitioner had sought a fortnight's time to submit relevant documents in support of the aforesaid contention. Mr. Singh, on instructions states that the aforesaid documents are still awaited from the petitioner and the same are being sought only to examine the aspects pertaining to an ongoing investigation so that thereafter the same may be transferred to the appropriate Zonal Unit.

In view of the aforesaid disclosure made, we find no justification to entertain the challenge or continue the writ petition. It shall stand disposed of with all rights and contentions of respective sides being kept open.
