It is contended that the disputes between the parties have been settled. Terms of settlement have been have been recorded in the settlement agreement annexed as Annexure 'A' to the application. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner Pay Order in the sum of Rs. 481,708.03 in furtherance of settlement agreement.

The settlement agreement is taken on record. I find terms of the settlement to be lawful. In terms of the settlement agreement, learned counsel for the W.P. (C) 2141/2013

petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
