The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondents for willfully disobeying the binding judgment dated 20.11.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 1522/2022.

b) Direct the Respondents to immediately issue a fresh appointment order in compliance with the directions of this Hon'ble Court, providing the Petitioner with notional pay fixation, seniority, promotions, pensionary benefits, and other consequential service benefits, excluding back wages, as directed in the judgment; c) Award exemplary costs and compensation to the Petitioner for the undue harassment, financial loss, mental agony, and administrative injustice suffered due to deliberate and willful disobedience by the Respondents;

d) Impose punitive measures upon the Respondents under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, including but not limited to imprisonment and/or fine, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in view of their contumacious conduct undermining the authority and dignity of this Hon'ble Court;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the directions in judgment dated 20.11.2024 has since been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
