The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, seeks the following prayers:- "I. Allow the present Petition;
II. Punish the Contemnors for committing contempt as defined under Section 2 (b) of the in accordance with Section 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for willful breach of undertaking dated 19 March 2025 given to the court of Shri Amit Bansal, Ld. District Judge (Commercial Court-03), Southwest District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, and willful disobedience, deliberate violation of the order dated 5 June 2025 passed by the Ld. Commercial Court in Execution (Comm.) No. 97/2024;
III. Pass any such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.
