The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act seeks the following prayers:

"i. Pass an order issuing the contempt against the Respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the judgment dated 05.03.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 10858/2009; and ii.

Pass any such orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned CGSC for the respondent, on advance notice, submits that an application being CM APPL. 29045/2025 in W.P.(C) 10858/2009 has already been preferred seeking extension of time to comply with the direction contained in para-45 of the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in the aforesaid writ petition. It is pointed out that on 14.05.2025, the learned Division Bench of this Court had given further 12 weeks for compliance of the said order and listed the matter for compliance on 19.10.2025.

Copy of the order has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, who now seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 6.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

Needless to state that the petitioner is at liberty initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if, fresh cause of action arises. 9.
