Criminal Leave Petition under Section 419 (4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') (Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, against the impugned Judgment dated 01.04.2025 of learned JMFC (NI Act-06), South-West District, Dwarka Court, Delhi in CC No. 12432/2020 vide which the Respondent has been acquitted in the Complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
