Criminal Leave Petition under Section 419(4) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') (Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, against the Order of acquittal dated 27.03.2025 of learned JMFC-03, NE Delhi, KKD Courts, Delhi in CT Cases 333/2018. 4.

In view of the Judgment of Celestium Financialvs. A. Gnanasekaran, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1320, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Leave Petition with liberty to file it before the Court of Sessions, in accordance with law. 5.
