Learned counsel for the Respondent, Registrar Co-operative Society states that a complaint dated 5th September, 2023 was received in the Registrar's office to which reply has been filed by the Co-operative Society on 10th November, 2023. He further states that despite the said reply being forwarded to the Petitioner, no rejoinder has been received. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has not received the copy of the reply. Let another copy of the reply dated 10th November, 2023 be furnished to learned counsel for the Petitioner within a week. 3.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed by the petitioner-complainant within four weeks.
