This public interest petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of all the concerned departments in ensuring supply of drinking water and management of sanitation system and parks in J.J. Colony, Gautam Puri New Delhi.

Mr. Vinod Kumar, Bhati, Mr.Jayendra and Ms.Puja Kalra, Advocates appeared on advance notice on behalf of respondent No.1/GNCTD, the respondent No.2/DUSIB and respondent No.4/SDMC respectively. 3.

Having heard both the parties, we consider it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and take all appropriate steps in

accordance with law with regard to the various issues raised therein. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
