The appellant has been produced from Central Jail No.11, Mandoli, Delhi by Warden Durgesh. It is informed that though the appellant has completed his entire sentence including the default sentence, he is presently in judicial custody in relation to FIR No. 244/2023 registered at P.S. New Usmanpur, Delhi. The appellant states that, having completed his entire substantive sentence as well as default sentence, and having understood the consequences, he does not wish to press the present appeal on merits. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
