On 18.07.2024, the petition filed by the petitioner seeking parole was disposed of noting the submission of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State that the petitioner's application seeking parole that was pending would be decided within a period of two weeks.

The same has admittedly not been decided till date. 3.
The respondent authorities are directed to pass an order in the application filed by the petitioner seeking parole within a period of two weeks from date.

No further orders are required to be passed at this stage. 5.
Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains.
