% 11.01.2024 An application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 692/2023 under Sections 308/341/34 IPC registered at P.S. : Dayalpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Nakul has already been admitted to anticipatory bail by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 06.12.2023, which is not disputed by learned APP for the State. Learned APP for the State submits that petitioner has already joined the investigation and is not required for the purpose of any custodial interrogation.

In the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/SHO concerned and subject to the following conditions :

(i) The petitioner is directed to join the investigation, as and when required;

(ii) The petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the Investigating Officer (IO) / SHO concerned; and (iii) The petitioner shall not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
