Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition since the parties are stated to have arrived at an amicable settlement. Respective counsel jointly submit that in terms thereof, all disputes under the lease deed dated 24.02.2016 and renewed lease deed dated 29.03.2019 stand amicably resolved between the parties.
