This is an Application filed on behalf of Respondent No.1 for release of balance amount deposited by the Appellant before this Court.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the present Appeal was dismissed by the Court on 25.11.2024 and thus the amount of balance compensation should be released.

Issue Notice. Learned Counsel for the Appellant accepts Notice and submits that he does not wish to file a Reply. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the amounts as deposited be released in favour of the Applicant/Respondent No.1 in terms of the Impugned Judgment passed by the MACT Tribunal on 21.09.2019. 5.

It is so directed. The amounts inclusive of interest accrued thereon, shall be released to Respondent No.1 within a period of 3 weeks from today. 6.

The Respondent No.1 is at liberty to take all appropriate steps for the release of the said amount.
