An order of cancellation of GST registration dated 20th August 2024, is placed on record under Index dated 16th November 2024, stating that the effective date of cancellation of registration is 13th June 2024. 3.

Accordingly, nothing further survives in this petition. 4.

No one appears on behalf of petitioner.

The petitioner will be at liberty to revive the contempt petition, in case, the cancellation orders are found wanting in any manner. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
