Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw this appeal and granted a week's time to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 3.

Accordingly, without entering into the claims of the respective parties, we dismiss the present appeal as withdrawn along with all pending applications and direct that the appellant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent within a week from today. 4.

We request the learned Single Judge to expedite the proceedings of W.P.(Crl) 2518/2020 and conclude the same as early as possible.
