This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by a period of four months from 22.07.2025.

Ms. R. Gayathri Manasa, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Arbitrator. 4.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the learned Arbitrator has reserved the award for pronouncement on 21.07.2025 and mandate of the Arbitrator be extended to enable the Arbitrator to pass the award.
