Pursuant to Award dated 3.11.2016, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies had passed the order dated 23.1.2017. It appears that both the Award dated 3.11.2016 and the order dated 23.1.2017 are appealable under Section 112 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 ('Act'). Otherwise, they may be revisionable under Section 116 of the Act. In view of the alternative remedy available, which is equally efficacious, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

The writ petition accordingly is not entertained. Liberty is given to the petitioner to invoke alternative remedy in accordance with law. 3.
