The Petitioner has approached this Court for quashing FIR No.112/2023, registered at Police Station Pandav Nagar for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC.

When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner that all the contentions that have been put forward in the present petition can be argued before the concerned Court at time of arguments on charge, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach this Court in case need so arises in future.
