This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Mandamus directing, commanding and requiring the management of Respondent no.3 school to open admission for children for academic session 2023-24.

b) Prohibition restraining the Respondents from closing down the respondent no.3 school.

c) Mandamus directing, commanding and requiring the respondents 1 and CONT.CAS(C) 1820/2023 and connected matter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2 to take over the management of respondent no.3 school. d) Mandamus directing, commanding and requiring the management of respondent no.3 school to forthwith pay to the Petitioners arrears of salaries and benefits accrued therefrom.

e) Mandamus directing, commanding and requiring the management of respondent no. 1-2 school to forthwith release the funds to the respondent no. 3.

f) Mandamus setting aside the impugned order dated 30.11.2023 passed by the Vice-principal of Respondent no. 2."

On 01.12.2023, by a detailed order, Court had directed Respondent No.3/School not to close the school, till the next date of hearing and interim order continues till date.

Ms. Jyoti Tyagi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the GNCTD submits that the School has been taken over by Government of NCT of Delhi and is continuing to run and that the School will not be closed. 4.

Accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of along with pending application. CONT.CAS(C) 1820/2023 6.

This contempt petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for initiating contempt proceedings against the Respondents for violating order dated 01.12.2023. 7.

In view of the order passed in W.P.(C) 15490/2023, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
