The Petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for challenging the summoning order dated 09.12.2022 in CC No. 30399/2022, pending before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka, whereby the Revisionist has been summoned for the offence under Section 138 of N.I. Act.
