Petition under Section 482 of CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for directing the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, not to dispossess the petitioner, without due process of law and that protection be granted to the petitioner and legal action be taken against the respondent No. 3 if he adopts the illegal action.

Copy of the status quo order dated 04.06.2024 passed by the learned ASJ, has been filed. The State has also filed the documents to show that there is a civil dispute inter se the petitioner and the respondent No. 3, in regard to the shop. The Civil Suit is already pending whereas the parties have been directed to maintain status quo order dated 04.06.2024. Insofar as, the relief claimed against the respondent No. 3, Mohd. Farhad, is concerned, it is in regard to the acts in future, for which the petitioner again is at liberty to make appropriate application to the Police/respondent Nos. 1 and 2, who shall act in accordance with law. 5.
