Mr. Neeraj, Advocate for the respondents referred the order dated 03.05.2024 wherein it is mentioned that counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, stated in the Court that the petitioners shall vacate the tenanted premises on or before 13.05.2024. Mr. Neeraj, Advocate for the respondents further stated that since the possession of the tenanted premises has been given back to the respondents, as such the present petition has become infrucuous.

Mr. Ashish Kapur, Advocate for the petitioners stated that although the possession of the tenanted premises has been given back to the respondents on 13.05.2024, the present petition requires consideration on many legal issues.
