This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 369/2018 registered at PS Mangolpuri, Delhi under Sections 23/451/354/354B/506/509/34 IPC on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 01st July, 2024, which is on record of this Court. 2.

Petitioners and respondent no. 2 are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the respective counsel.

Respondent no.2 she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR considering that petitioners are her relatives, and the disputes are amicably resolved.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
