% 16.12.2019 After some arguments, since this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition
with liberty to prefer such other statutory remedy as may be available in law. He, however, submits that the provisional attachment orders, which he claims have not been supplied to him, be directed to be supplied by the respondents. The petitioner has placed on record one such provisional attachment order dated 02.12.2019 issued by the respondent to the Union Bank of India, with copy marked to the petitioner. The respondents shall supply copies of such provisional attachment orders in respect of all the six bank accounts of the petitioner mentioned in the writ petition within three days from today.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall be open to the petitioner to avail of its statutory remedies in respect of said provisional order under Section 83 of the Act.
