Learned counsel for the appellant draws our attention to the Memorandum of Understanding ['MoU'] dated 08 October 2024 which has come to be executed between the appellant and respondent nos. 1 and 2. In view of the aforesaid, it is submitted that the appeals may be dismissed as not pressed.

It is further stated that no right of recourse or liberty is sought by the appellant against respondent no.3 in [FAO (COMM) 244/2023] and respondent no.2 [FAO (COMM) 245/2023]. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
