The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23rd August, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 9055/2018.

By way of the aforesaid order, the writ petition filed by the petitioner was allowed and the respondents were directed to take the period of suspension of the petitioner from 20th September, 1984 to 24th August, 1994, as the period spent on duty. The respondents were further directed to calculate the retiral benefits of the petitioner, including his last drawn salary The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The respondents have filed a compliance affidavit, wherein it is submitted that the directions passed by the Learned Division Bench have been duly complied with. The compliance affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, reads as under:- "xxx xxx xxx 1.
It is submitted that in compliance to Hon'ble High Court's Order dated 01.11.2022, the following payment have been made to the petitioner on 15.11.2022 through NEFT.

It is relevant to mention here that the petitioner had visited the office of the respondent on 15.11.2022 and confirmed above payment and shown its satisfaction.

It is submitted that no duesarepending in favour of petitioner. It is further submitted that the PPO of the petitioner has also been revised. The copy of the revised PPO of the petitioner is annexed herewith as Annuexure-A.

The following payment in favour of the petitioner have been cleared by the Sr. DFM, Delhi Division, Northern Railway on 09/02/2023. The details of the same is given below and also attached as Annuexure-B. S. No.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the payments, as mentioned in the compliance affidavit filed by the respondents, have been received, however, there are certain other dues that are payable to the petitioner, for which she submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to agitate his claims. 6.
However, the aforesaid submission is disputed by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, as having been satisfied. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to agitate his claims for any further dues, if admissible, in accordance with law.
