Counsel for parties state that the disputes between the parties have been settled vide settlement agreement dated 15th October 2024, executed before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The said settlement agreement is on record.

The settlement agreement has been signed by respective parties, duly witnessed and counter signed by their counsel as well. The Court has perused the said agreement, and finds it to be lawful and acceptable. 3.

Counsel for parties state that compliances under the settlement agreement have also been achieved.

Accordingly, on joint request for both parties, the said suit is disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
