The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
"(a) Issue an appropriate writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to regularize the allotment of Flats to the Petitioner in Flat No. A-401 through Self-draw dated 05.01.2005 in the Mandakini Cooperative Group Housing Society on the basis of the verification done on 20/03/2018;
(b) Allow the petition with cost; and Pass any such order(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

innocuous prayer before this Court that the Registrar of Cooperative Societies may be directed to consider and decide the application alongwith documents, which were forwarded by the Society concerned for the purpose of verification and regularization in light of the order dated 22nd July, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.6379/2022 titled as 'Dheeraj Kapoor v. Registrar of Cooperative Societies & Anr.' by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as the order dated 26th July, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 11236/2022, titled as 'Wing Commander B.M. Agrawal (Regd.) & Others v. Registrar of Cooperative Societies & Anr.' It is further submitted that the office of the Society concerned may also be directed to participate in the proceedings pending before the Registrar of Cooperative Societies. 3.
Per Contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies submitted that they have no objection for deciding the application which has been forwarded by the Society concerned expeditiously, in accordance with law, taking into consideration the abovementioned orders which have been cited by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents, we are inclined to grant the innocuous prayer as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to make a detailed representation alongwith a copy of this order to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and after receipt of the said representation, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies shall pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
