The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayer:

"(i) To grant the Petitioner exit-permit so that she may travel to Armenia and return to India on her ETA nos. 902C65610 India without fear of being deported or blacklisted;"

None appears for the petitioner.

Vide order dated 25.07.2025, it was recorded as under:- "4. After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner will appear before the concerned officer, i.e. Sh. Ajay Kumar - In charge/FRRO (Office of FRRO Delhi, Sector-1, R.K. Puram, New Delhi) on 28.07.2025 at 11:30 AM. The Foreigners Regional Registration Offices (FRRO) will duly consider the pleas of the petitioner, and if feasible, take requisite steps to grant the requisite exit permit to her."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel on behalf of the respondents submits that exit permission was granted to the petitioner on 28.07.2025, pursuant to which, the petitioner has also departed from India. 5.
