This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent in a disposed of matter.

It is stated that an undertaking as was stated to be filed by the Petitioner in terms of order dated 13.08.2024 has not been filed within two weeks. It is further stated that no use and occupation charges are being paid as were fixed by the Court on the same date.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the undertaking was filed albeit only yesterday. The same is not on record. 3.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that a copy of the undertaking has not been supplied to the Respondent. 3.2 The Petitioner shall ensure that the order dated 13.08.2024 be complied with before the next date of hearing. 4.

It is clarified that the payment of the agreed user and occupation charges in the sum of Rs.10,000/- per month excluding water and electricity charges from October, 2024 onwards till the vacation of the tenanted The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. premises shall be made on or before the 7th day of each calendar month directly into the bank account of the Respondent, details of the bank account have been provided in the order dated 13.08.2024. To this extent, the order dated 13.08.2024 is modified.

Let the Petitioner appear in person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
