These petitions under Section 482 of the CrPC have been filed seeking the following prayers: - <It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the Criminal Complaint No 636520 of 2016, under Sections 138 read with 141 and 142 of NI Act in the Court of Hon9ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Saket Courts, New Delhi= 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to take the contentions raised herein during the course of the trial before the learned Trial Court.
