The parties have settled their disputes in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
The plaintiff no.1, who is also the Special Power of Attorney holder of the plaintiff no.2, is present in court. The defendant is also present in Court.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 17th December, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') and find the same to be lawful.
4.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.
5.
Counsel for the parties submit that Clauses 11 and 14 of the Settlement Agreement already stand complied with. 6.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up accordingly. 8.
The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 9.
In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.17,95,160/- deposited with this Court in favour of the defendant along with accrued interest. 10.
Registry is also directed to release all original documents filed in the present case to the defendant.
11.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
