% 14.11.2025 Mr. Vijay Narayan @ Vijay Rai, the appellant is present in-person. He states, that the dispute between the parties has been resolved by way of an out-of-court settlement; and he does not wish to pursue the present appeal any longer.

He further states that as part of settlement, he has received a sum of Rs. 2 lacs from the respondent.

The appellant's identity has been verified through his Aadhar card. A photocopy of the same has been taken on record. In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed-of as withdrawn.
