Vivek Gurnani, learned counsel for ED on instruction states that though the accused has a copy of the documents (mentioned below), however keeping all the contentions open and without prejudice to the rights of the ED regarding the admissibility, veracity, correctness, or otherwise of the documents (mentioned below), copy of the same shall be supplied to the accused along with the list of un-relied documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has instructions not to press the present petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn in view of the peculiar facts of the case. In view of the submissions made and keeping all the contentions open, the three documents (as mentioned above) and the list of un-relied documents be supplied to the accused.

IO shall make the compliance.

The present petition along with the applications stands dismissed as withdrawn.
