Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that an approximate amount of Rs. 7 crore has been released to the petitioner. He further submits that balance of Rs. 4,20,60,911/-, still remains due and payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") submits that MCD is enjoined upon to release the requisite amount to the petitioner. He submits that further time may be granted in that regard.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the balance amount payable to the petitioner, shall be released by the MCD to the petitioner, on or before 28th February, 2026. 4.
