% 10.01.2020 Vide this petition, transfer of two complaint cases, one being CC No.5351265/2016, titled as M/s Blue Line Finance Pvt. Ltd.. Vs. M/s Suryavinayak Industries Ltd. & Ors. pending before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, (Central) Delhi and second, being CC TR.P.(CRL.) 8/2018

No.8394/2016, titled as M/s Deepmala Indo Jatalia Holdings Ltd. Vs. M/s Surya Vinayak Industries Ltd. & Ors. pending before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate (West) to one District is sought on the ground that parties to these petitions are same and trial by one court will reduce the process of law by facilitating effective probe and avoiding contradictory verdicts.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that both these cases be transferred to District Central for trial.

Heard.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and it is directed that trail pertaining to CC No. 5351265/2016, titled as M/S Blue Line Finance Pvt. Ltd. Vs. M/s Suryavinyak Industries Ltd. & Ors. and CC No. 8394/2016, titled as M/s Deepmala Indo Jatalia Holdings Ltd. Vs. M/s Surya Vinayak Industries Ltd. & ors. be conducted in District Central.

Let the parties appear before learned District & Sessions Judge, District Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 3rd February, 2020 for assigning the case pending in West District to a court of competent jurisdiction at Central District.
